Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions:
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Vybe Clothing Company, 710/15, Shree Pratap CHS, Pokhran Road No.2,.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Vybe Clothing Company, accessible from https://www.vybeclothingco.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights:
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days provided you have received an incorrect product, or the product was delivered damaged. Returns are acceptable in case the customer has received a wrong color, wrong design, or the wrong size of the apparel.
Correctness of the order shall be cross checked with the order placed on the website. Vybe Clothing Co. is not responsible for wrong order placed; hence we encourage the customer to review the details before placing the order.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation(in case of incorrect product received or damaged product received), you must inform Us of your decision by filling up the ‘Returns’ form https://vybeclothingco.com/pages/returns on our official website. Once the order is received by Us, You should be receiving an update within 7 business days regarding the status of the Return. Returns will be processed only if it satisfies all the criteria.
We will reimburse You no later than 10 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Cash on Delivery orders will be reimbursed in the form of Store Credit that shall be accessible to them when the Customer logs in to his/her user account.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- The Goods are unworn and unwashed.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which are not in originally delivered condition.
- The supply of Goods which do not have all the original tags on them, have been damaged, have been soiled or stained in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Size discrepancies
If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
Unboxing
Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Vybe Clothing Co. will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
Color mismatch
Return requests due to color mismatch will only be considered in case a totally different color has been shipped instead of the ordered color. Eg. If a Red T shirt was ordered and Customer has received a Black T shirt then the Customer is liable for a Return/Exchange in this case. Shades of the color may very in picture and in product due to many factors like lighting, screen resolution, filters etc. and such cases/Goods are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Damaged in transit
If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
Returning Goods
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchange Goods
While we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, we are here to help you find the perfect fit. Vybe Clothing Co. is not responsible if Customer has ordered the incorrect color, incorrect design, or the incorrect size of the apparel. Kindly refer to our size chart before ordering since sizes may differ from brand to brand.

Exchanges are valid in case Customer has received an apparel of the incorrect design, size or color.
